It is definitely impossible to cook onions for too long, they only get more and more delicious! This whole meal looks awesome, and what a great use for pumpkin!

i am sure i’ve seen a sugar pumpkin before, but i can’t say that i’ve known it to be a sugar pumpkin. i usually pick up the pie pumpkins for roasting, but now i wanna see if i can find a little sugar one. fun! also – hula hoping class?!?! that sounds freak’n awesome! hooray for one tasty v’con saag, and yes – i think it’s impossible to overcook onions, too. ah ha ha. yay!
