Oh man, this was so freaking delicious. And I used some of my frozen pesto to make it, so it took no time at all to be done. Oh, tofu scramble, just when I thought you couldn’t get better, along comes pesto and WHAM! Amazing! I want to eat this all the time.

i want to eat that all the time too, Cyn! wow! pesto tofu scramble sounds most glorious – and i love how the cherry tomatoes makes the green color really pop. so yum!

Ohhh man! I love tofu scramble and I love pesto, the combination must be out of this world! The bright green color is just making my mouth water so much….now I know what I want for breakfast!
