Based on Vegan Brunch Broccoli Quiche

WOW! I bet the green chillies totally made this quiche something special. I wish I could go to a vegan potluck brunch…I might just have to make that happen! You’ve inspired me!

quiche success indeed, Cyn! i laughed out loud while imagining all the different foods in your kitchen shouting “put me in a quiche!” i think the crust looks great, and i love all the awesome you put into it, too. mmmmmmmmmm! also, hoooooooray for whiskey! that’s my kinda drink! i’m gonna have to give another hooooooray for potluck fun + brunch. score!
p.s. – dan graduated with a degree in computer science & he said the same thing about there not being a lot of women in the program. that’s so cool that you’re studying computer science! yay!

You can most certainly declare success on the quiche. It was soo yummy as was everything else. Since all the ladies had a good time, I’m going to have to do a repeat.I should make more pumpkin pancakes next time though…

Ooh, the quiche looks good. Glad you got to meet some ladies. I can sympathize. I’m an engineer, and my company has a grand total of 5 women. Three in admin, two techies.
