you are too sweet & too awesome, Cyn! we’re so super glad you liked the soup, and thank you so very much for the wonderful shout-out! next time we make some i’m totally make’n up a little tempeh bacon to add in – such a deeeeeelicious idea! i really need to get better about putting servings on our recipes. when we make soup it’s a ton – meaning we have 2 big bowls that night & leftovers for both of us for about 3 days. sorry! that is so freak’n awesome on your friend sent you an immersion blender and homemade mustard (wow!), wheat bread, and pumpkin butter. hellz yeah!
