baingan bhartha = my favorite of all the indian yummies & yours looks so awesome, Cyn! hooray for putting those csa eggplants to one delicious use! i’m gonna have to grad some cardamom pods & try them in rice next time we make indian yummies. so awesome on such a tasty & awesome dinner – yay!

Oh my goodness! This looks amazing. One of my best friends/roommates is Indian but she will never cook traditional dishes for me! Boo.
