I haven’t made polenta in ages. But this bowl looks so comforting and delicious! I love the idea of tempeh mixed all in. Pure comfort food!

hooray for creamy polenta, seriously tasty tempeh, and heirloom tomato yumminess, Cyn! mmmmmmmmmm! i think i could eat that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! now i’m craving creamy polenta – i’m gonna have to make it happen! yay!

My, uh.. hrm, what is she? Well, let’s call her my ex-MIL used to make this double-baked polenta dish that was to die for.
