Wow, this looks great! I love veggie pasta, and I do the same thing to, make it nearly equal amounts of veggies and pasta to make it super healthy. I love the addition of almonds, that would be such a great texture combination. Lovely!

i’m a nerd too, Cyn – it’s all gooooood! zucchini pasta sounds perfect for all the zucchinis grow’n like crazy this summer – simple & tasty – garlic & basil. hellz yeah! i’m all about some almonds, too – had them once in zucchini in a restaurant called “supper” in NYC and absolutely loved it. i’m gonna have to try the combination again! yay!

Nothing tastes better than fresh grown veggies. Great idea to make make more zucchini for the equal ratio and mmmm almonds and fresh basil.
