hooray for more cabbage, Cyn. i picked some up this weekend and i’m gonna try it your way with the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a little sesame oil. mmmmmmmm! your hoisin tofu looks perfectly cooked – the texture sounds great and so does the flavor! huzzah!

I love the fry/glaze method for tofu too, so quick and easy! The cabbage dish sounds really good too!
