I'm finally getting the hang of this veggie burgers thing. hooray for doubling the carrots ‘n radishes! they’re some of my favorites – crunchy & light! i still have yet to make the vcon pasta salad for fear that i would eat it all in one serving. i absolutely adore pasta salad (one of my favorite “pregan” sides) – i would eat it for dessert sometimes just to get more in my belly! ahahahahhaaa! maybe i can cut the servings down and just make enough for one… hmmmm…….
huzzah! i love when a veggie burger comes together! superw00t on no crumbling issues, too! totally need to try Joanna’s recipe.
