I STILL haven’t tried that lettuce risotto! But I wanna! I quit buying the lettuce at the farmer’s market because I’ve been craving crunch lately (like Romaine and iceberg) but all they sell there are baby lettuces.

oooh, i need to try that braised celery! i love 100 cookbook recipes! mmmmmmmm! i think it’s worth a try and my two hours – sorry yours was pretty salty, Cyn! man, i sooo need a pressure cooker. i think my life would be so much easier with one. perhaps that will be my next kitchen appliance! that would be so awesome! hooray for old favorites night – those are my fav!
