I really like that you make meals with recipes from different cookbooks and sources. It kind of stresses me out to have more than one cookbook open at a time, so I tend to stick to one, but I think you really open up your options this way!

Bianca’s hummus! sweet awesomeness! yay! dan & i are actually testing out her hummus tomorrow night – we’re going to have a little platter with some dr. cow, hummus, etc. mmmmmm, i can’t wait! man, your flatbread looks so tasty, Cyn – and i need to make that dip! we have cucumbers coming outta our ears over here! ahahhhahha! yay! you said pickled beets – w00t!
