we love our green beans just like that as well – a little withered with those little “pockets” they tend to get when ya cook ‘em a bunch – so chewy & oh-so good! gotta love a meal that cooks up that quickly, too! nice! i can see celery taking foooooorever to soak up some marinade – sorry it was disappointing. why does celery have to be so darn hard to work with?! i swear that someone needs to write a cookbook specifically for celery recipes that rock. there’s a bunch @ our csa and i never know what to do with it all.

Yummmm….I love Sczechaun tofu! I decided, the other night while eating Chinese takeout, that Asian food (whether it be Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese) is my favorite thing ever. The ultimate comfort food.
