Ok – that’s it. I am ordering a copy right now. I don’t care how much I have to pay in shipping – I have seen one too many uber-yummy looking omlettes. I must deal with this! Yours looks great!!!!

So you made me a Vegan Brunch buyer. Your amazing recipes made me run to borders and so far we’ve made- buckwheat waffles, chelsea waffles, polenta rancheros, swiss chard frittata and yesterday, whole wheat crepes with lemon-cashew filling (and my lazy strawberry sauce and blueberries). we’ve had VB food everyday since i bought it. what i like is that even the savory recipes are quicker and easier to throw together than some of her other things. i soaked the cashews at 9 am and they were soft by 5pm, so we had crepes last night. they are not hard if you haven’t made them, and the filling is TO DIE FOR!
and i just found the best indian grocery store to buy black salt cheap, and they have hot samosas to go for a buck. it’s been a great food week! thanks for making my mouth water!

Your omelets came out so much better looking than mine! I really liked the tofu omelets. I have to try mine with cheezy sauce next time, that’s a great idea! Anything can be made better with cheezy sauce.
