This was the first time I've made polenta, and now I really have no idea why I don't make it all the time. i love a simple salad that rocks your socks off! and polenta = a favorite of mine. creamy, warm, comforting…awesome! hellz yeah, Cyn – those are some serious deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious eats!

I love polenta. I don’t make it often enough either. Actually, I don’t remember the last time I had it. I must make it soon AND try that recipe from Vegan Brunch! Sounds yummy!

ooooooh, congrats on making polenta, isn’t it wonderful fresh out of the pan? that bowl looks so seriously delicious, if I got that first thing in the AM I’d be like, one giant smile all morning! and it’s all about that throw-together salad for crunchy contrast, yumm.
